She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. HS (Golda L. Wagner) and P. McCaskey H. S.; her husband Everett L. Falk; and her brother Frank E. Wagner, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice L. Herman (Joseph Michael), Barbara A. Massey (Thomas G.) and Carol E. Schaum (Rodney D.). She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and her 11 great-grandchildren.
