Diggs, Sr. and Maribel Santel-Rivera; his stepfathers, Genaro Santel-Rivera and Arthur Boyer; his wife Jennifer Schrom; his children, Malina and Messiah; his grandmother Geneva Diggs-Baker; his sister Erica Diggs; his children, Zaahir, Asani and Carlif Jr.; his sisters, Adrianna Boyer and Alena Boyer; and his godmother Mita Sanchez. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and an abundance of cousins and many friends.
