She is survived by: her children, Jackie Purnell (Rick), Bobbi Jo Delbaugh (Cris) and Billie Jo Fears (Eric); her siblings, Jack Hoffman, Robert Hoffman and Phyllis Lauver; her grandchildren, Sara Martin (Dan), Matt Purnell, Taylor Stahley (Joe), Trey Delbaugh (Delanie), Mason Fears and Myles Fears; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Chase, Leah, Mae, Navy and Porter.
