She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander Adam. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Gambone (Stephen), Moira Floyd (John), Paul Adam (Karen) and Fiona Clarkin (Kevin).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory (3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543).
Friends are welcome 6-7 p.m., with the service beginning at 7 p.m. A lover of animals, contributions in Irene's memory may be made to the Humane League of Lancaster County.
