He was predeceased by: his siblings, Teresa Walker, Vickie Getz and Randy Walker. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sandy Cook, Crystal Walker, Tonya Snyder, Sheena Farver, Cayli Getz, Dale Miller, Justin Thomas, Chris Walker and Austin Walker.

In lieu of flowers, donation's can be made in Haywood's name to the Lititz Fire Company.
