She was predeceased by: her spouse Carroll E. Shirk; her parents, George S. Feister and Annamary Weaver Feister; her son James Robert Shirk; and her granddaughters, Ashlee Rose Miller and Regina Marie Pruna.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Lynn (Joe Brown) of Mifflin, Caryll Jean (Rick Miller) of New Holland, Cathy Ann (Ken Weiler) of Narvon, Lisa Kay Bracken of Lititz and Richard Eugene (Robin Shirk) of Mifflintown; and her siblings, Patricia (Dave Kinkaid) of Mohnton, Alice Marie Martin of Ephrata, William Feister of Deland, FL, Eric Keith (Sharon Feister) of Valley View, TX and Michael David (Diane Feister) of Manheim. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
