He was predeceased by: his parent Ross Howard. He is survived by: his spouse Reba M. Martin Brown; and his parent Verna Dorothy Roark Brown. He is also survived by his children: H. Jeffrey married to Heidi Brown of Lancaster, Joanne married to John Sonefelt of Mountville, Ronald J. of Lititz, and Richard G. of Earlysville, VA; and by his 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
