She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Warren and Sallie H. Leininger (King); her husband Morton W. Levenson, MD; and her brother Vernon J. Leininger. She is survived by: her sons, Kim Warren Graybill (Cindy) and Jan Leo Graybill (Alisa). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
