She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur L. Freas, Jr.; her parents, Malcolm A. Fulton and Elizabeth Fulton (Miller); and her brother Albert Malcom "Sonny" Fulton. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Andrew A. Webster (Kimberly Stocki), Leah M. Hepburn (James B.), Hannah Webster and Ian M. Freas; and her siblings, Joan Hoffman and Dale Fulton.
