He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob L. Kurtz and Lois Gish Kurtz Martin; and his stepfather Lester N. Martin. He is survived by: his siblings, Barry (Mary Kurtz) of Adams, MN, Janet (James Rhen) of Manheim, David (Mary Kurtz) of Panama City, FL and Fred (Sandy Kurtz) of Elizabethtown; his stepbrother Larry (Diane Martin) of Myerstown; and his sister-in-law Karen (late John Kurtz) of Mount Juliet, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
