She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis J. Lupinski and Tesse Uzarski Lupinski; her son David Michael Stoltzfus; and her sisters, Lucille and Barbara.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Jay H. Stoltzfus; her close friends, Nanette Sherrard, Mark A. Stoltzfus, Doreen M. Horan of Windsor, CO, Kevin L. (Martha Smith Stoltzfus), Leola and Charlene M. (Tom Rauba); and her grandchildren, Nicholas A. Horan of Boulder, CO, Ian Z. Stoltzfus (Alexandra), Gentry G. Stoltzfus (Melanie), Elise Wallis (Dan) of Boulder, CO and Vanessa I. Stoltzfus.
