He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Axe, Sr. and Margaret Carpenter Axe; and his siblings, Richard, Ronald Axe and Wanda Deardorff.
He is survived by: his wife Carlene E. Axe (Cremer); his children, Cori Axe (Jennifer) and Courtney Kleman (Eric); his grandchildren, Andrew Axe, Morgan Axe and Jaxon Kleman; and his siblings, Jimmy Axe and Brenda Heisey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (505 Woodcrest Ave, Lititz, PA 17543). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
