He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Klos and Emily Wright (Rathvon); and his brothers, John Rathvon and Curtis Wright. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Lynn Zell (William Lamar Zell, Jr.) of Lancaster and Donna Annette Klos of Lancaster; his grandsons, Andrew Zell of Milwaukee, WI and Nicholas Zell of Lancaster; his former wife Sonja Klos of Lancaster; his brothers, Ronald G. Klos (Sharon) of Lancaster and Michael Klos (Betsy) of East Petersburg; and his sisters-in-law, Geraldine Rathvon of Florida and Andria Wright of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Don's memory be made to Hospice & Community Care, PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.
