He was predeceased by: his mother Noreen Wimmer (Burkhart). He is survived by: his father Manfred Wimmer of West Jefferson, NC; his brother Todd Wimmer (Margaret); and his nephews, David (Hannah) and Matthew Wimmer (Cherrymae). He is also survived by great- nieces and nephews, and a host of dear friends.
