He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude G. Young, Sr. and Ethel Marie Young (Hollinger). He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. Young (Groff); his children, Erica Jane (Christopher J. Althouse) and Jordan Alan Young; his close friend Brian D. Strohecker; his granddaughter Kayla Lynn (Jason W. Maffeo); and his siblings, Claude, Jr. (Gloria Young), Gary L. (Sharye Young), Linda (J. Allen Lutz) and John G. (Jodi Young). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
