She was predeceased by: her parents, Oren Cook and Lois Rhoads Cook; and her siblings, John, Joseph "Bill", Paul Cook and Wanda Horner.
She is survived by: her husband Mervin Bruckhart; her children, David Witmer (Jacqueline) of Clinton, SC, Ben Bruckhart (Amanda) of Lititz and Jen Alexander (Michael) of Lancaster; her brothers, Jeffrey Cook (Lisa) of Manheim and Timothy Cook (Patti) of Manheim; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Cook of Gettysburg and Tammy Cook of Lititz.
