He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leithiser and Mildred Leithiser (Whiskeyman); his sister Andrea Leithiser; and his stepson Jeremiah Budzik. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his daughter Jessica Arnold (Rob); his stepdaughter Mary Elizabeth DiMartino (Thomas); his grandchildren, Abbey, Joey Arnold, Mender and Xavier DiMartino; and his brother Craig Leithiser (Whiskeyman).
