She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin D. Bollinger; her parents, Frank Bender and Susan Houck Bender; her son Jeffrey S. Bender; and her siblings, Glenn, Gary, Jeanette and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, James G. Bollinger (Kathryn) and Becky Sue (Mark Dixon); and her brother Dennis Bender (Doris). She is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
