He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond V. Price and May I. Lowry Price; his wife Mildred E. Hampp Price; and his siblings, Joann Harding and Richard Price.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara J. (James Harbison) of Lititz, Janice C. (Jim Amand) of Lititz, Carole P. (Todd Metzler) of Wilmington, DE and Warren A. Price of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Jen, Jimmie, Samantha, Timothy, Jonathan and Matthew. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
