He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Bailey; and his parents, Raymond Bailey, Sr. and Dorothy. He is survived by: his stepson Brian Young; and his siblings, Raymond Bailey, Jr. (Mary) and Dora Zgleszewski (Earl). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
