A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart Cemetery (1701 Market St, Linwood, PA 19061).
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be sent to The American Heart Association or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital to honor Pat.
