He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth C. Pilkington; his children, Sherry Harbison (late William), Joseph Pilkington III (Donna), Steven Pilkington (Jackie) and Jenifer Bowman (Carl); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Holand, Joanne Moretti and Angie Pilkington. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
