He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Lewis and Sisel Thomas Lewis; his son George H. Lewis III; and his siblings, Thomas, John Lewis, Sisel Whitby, Anne Warrington and Florence Rittenhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Clements Lewis; his daughters, Margaret "Peggy" Charnock (Lewis) and Linda Fernandez (Manuel); his grandchildren, Bryan, Julie, Jason, Katie, Robin and Andy; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Sam, Maggie, Caroline, Michael, Matthew, Kyle, Jessica, Sofie and Sallie.
