He was predeceased by: his father Forrest Lofland, Jr.; his brother George "Geo" Cubler; and his aunt Elizabeth "Betty" Baxter. He is survived by: his daughters, Skylar Fuller and Lilly Lofland; his significant other Holly Johnson; his stepson Joey; his mother Irene Harrison (George); and his siblings, Kimberly Thomas (Kevin), Robert Cubler and Patrick Lofland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
