She was predeceased by: her parents, James McIlwaine and Anna McIlwaine; her husband Vincent Noel; and her son James Noel. She is survived by: her son Anthony Noel; and her siblings, Carol McIlwaine, Barbara Herdman and James McIlwaine.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM.
