He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard D'Angelo and Mary D'Angelo; and his siblings, Peter, Phillip, Gabriel, Leonard, Rosemary Conte, Rosie Wetherill and Felicia Ewing.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy D'Angelo; his children, Kimberly Francis and David D'Angelo, Jr.; his grandchildren, Erika Francis, Tyler Francis, Hunter D'Angelo, David D'Angelo III, Matthew Francis and Lane D'Angelo; and his brother Tony D'Angelo.
