He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Foltz and Vivian Foltz; and his brother Kenneth L. Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foltz; his children, Amber Lynn Bomgardner, Keith A. Foltz and Douglas L. Foltz; and his brother F. Earl Foltz. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
