He was predeceased by: his father Dennis H. Blouch. He is survived by: his mother Kathie L. Blouch (John M. Bennett) of Hummelstown; his sisters, Jessica Blouch of Harrisburg, Charissa Blouch of Dauphin, Nichole Hogentogler (Joel) of Manchester and Brittany Bixler (Nicholas) of Dauphin; and his pet Noveske. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
