He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bullock and Bessie Bullock (Feinberg); and his wife Ann C. Bullock (Williams). He is survived by: his son William J. Bullock, Jr. (Ann) of Sarasota, FL; and his granddaughters, Barbara Hess (Rob) of Newark, DE and Mary Ann Warburton (Ron) of Linfield, PA.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
