He was predeceased by : his brother-in-law Scott Osborn; and his stepgranddaughter Corrianne Lynn See. He is survived by : his parents, Richard L. Allen of Grand Valley and Judy Parker Lewis; his stepfather Robert Lewis; his daughter Wendy Allen (Jordan White) of Meadville; his stepdaughter Kayla See (Todd) of Centerville; his siblings, Connie Osborn of Titusville and Ronald Allen (Sheila) of Titusville; his nephew Wesley Allen of Titusville; his niece Courtney Allen of Meadville; and his close friends, Denise Allen, Brian Corliss, Jeremy Bidwell, Hilary Udell (Alden), Amari, John and Kim Wright.
