He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John Slozat and Ethel Slozat (Bullis); and his siblings, Becky Williams (Bob) and Jim Slozat (Julia). He is survived by: his wife Marcella L. Jones; his children, Erika LeBaron (Timothy) of Virginia, Paul Slozat, Jr. (Naomi) of New York and Naomi Hart (Jack) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Paul Daniel Slozat III (Margaret), Andrew Slozat, Austin Hart (Melanie), Adrian Hart, Isaac Hart and Elias Hart; and his siblings, David Slozat (Christine) of Espyville and Cathy Slozat of Linesville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
