She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Michaels and Frances Michaels (Russell); her spouse Ira Earl Prouty; her grandson Kyle Willis; and her brothers, Charles and Ed Michaels.
She is survived by : her children, David Alan Prouty of Florida, Marie Ballard of Dorset, Russell Prouty (Cindy) of Linesville and Jill Prouty of Cambridge Springs; her grandchildren, Heather Beers (John) and Adam Prouty (Marissa); her great grandchildren, Caleb, John, Jacob, Isaac, Elaina and Clara Mae; and her sister-in-law Frances Michaels. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
