He was predeceased by: his parent John P.. He is survived by: his parent Julia Borses Bicko; his wife Shirley Bicko; his sons, Charles Bicko (Chuck) of Linesville and David Paul Bicko (Sue) of Meadville; and his grandsons, Ian Glenn Bicko of Mobile and Isaac Marshall Bicko (Autumn) of Meadville.
