He is survived by: his parent Doris Bullis Curlowicz; and his siblings, Elaine Curlowicz of Linesville, Gerald Curlowicz of Conneautville, Richard Curlowicz of Linesville, Diane Valesky (Dee), Mike Curlowicz of Conneaut Lake and Lori Curlowicz of Linesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
