He is survived by: his parents, Scott Smith and Jodie Smith; his sister Lauren Smith (Brock Lojek) of Saegertown; his grandparents, Avis Smith (Wayne Chamberlain) of Linesville, Byron and Jo Ann Smith of Linesville; his significant other Kierston Shrock; his uncle Steve Smith of Cranberry Township; and his cousins, Sydni and Kendall Smith.
