She is survived by : her husband Richard Hartzell of Linesville, PA; her sons, Randall Hartzell (Sandra) of Estero, FL, Ronald Hartzell (Tammy Sterling), Gary Hartzell and Brian Hartzell (Leanne); her daughter-in-law Belinda Hartzell of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Kristy Arrigan, Thomas Hartzell, Kylie Hartzell, Jennifer Hartzell and Karissa Hartzell; her great grandchildren, Meghan Arrigan and Amanda Arrigan; and her siblings, Patti Rockwell of Meadville, PA, Howard Smith of Douglasville, GA and Gerald Smith.
