She was predeceased by : her father Ronald Smock. She is survived by : her mother Corrine Reese McCarthy of Meadville; her husband Lloyd A. Rhoades of Linesville; her children, Katelyn S. Rhoades (Troy) of Saegertown and Nathan J. Rhoades (Jessie Thorpe) of Meadville; her grandson Trevor Rhoades; her siblings, Diane Hornstein (Jamie) of Conneaut Lake, Kelly Rokosky (Eric) of Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania and Ronald McCarthy-Smock of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; and her parents-in-law, Ruth Ann and Larry Polly of Meadville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
