As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rudler and Mildred Rudler (French); his wife Donna Mae Rudler; and his sister Janet Guiney. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Bonnie B. Dearborn, Cindy Artman (Jim) and Linda Moore (Tom); and his son Chuck. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
