He is survived by : his wife Janet McCusker (Marr); his sister Carol Mona (David) of Meadville; his stepdaughters, Carrie Miller (Casey) of Guys Mills, Jennifer Phillips (Donnie) of Visalia and Linda Lasher (Mark) of Bangor, Pennsylvania; and his stepgrandchildren, Cale, Cathryn, Chase Miller, Hana, Emma Phillips, Katie and Derek Lasher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
