She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Johns and Eileen Johns (Conlin). She is survived by: her brother Steel; her husband Valentine Dominick; her daughters, Cindy Tirpak, Renee Dominick and Alana Alexander; her stepson Dennis Dominick (Kelly); her grandchildren, Timothy, Brandon, Brittany Tirpak, Susie, Sara, Stacy Jenkins, Isaac and Jenna Fox; and her stepgrandson Sean McPherson. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
