She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Hardisty and Mable Grace Hardisty (Buck); and her siblings, Richard, William Hardisty and Velma Rose Kuehn.

She is survived by : her daughter Sandra Ballard; her grandchildren, David Mershon (Allie) of Homestead, Tammy Costello (Joseph) of Jacksonville and Rachel Ham (Linwood) of Falls Church, Virginia; her great grandchildren, Courtney Weber (Mark), Matthew Costello, Wesley Mershon (Ashley), Taylor Mershon, Rayne Mershon, Ellie, Katie and A. J. Ham; and her great great grandchild Delaney Rae Weber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
