She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Grant and Harriet E. Miller (Farley); her husband William F. Foose; and her brother Lyle Miller, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Snook (Michael) of Robesonia, Melissa Carpenter (Lynn) of State College and Suzanne Stanley (Roger) of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Christopher Snook, Matthew Snook, Samuel Carpenter and Sara Carpenter; her great grandchildren, Finnley and Grace Snook; and her sister Rebecca Stark of West Milton.
