He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon C. Cohick, Sr. and Wilma Cohick (Davy); and his siblings, June Hill, Margaret McDermit and Maynard Cohick.

He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin Cohick and Maxine Davidson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers; take a trip up to Pine Creek and visit the Rail Trail in Weldon's memory.
