It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Younkin of Linden, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley M. Younkin (Marshall); his parents, Walter W. Younkin and Esther A. Younkin (Confair); and his siblings, Clyde Younkin (Molly), Eleanor Hatalski (Alex), Violet Watson (Howard), Lester Younkin, Dora May Younkin, Ned Younkin and Earl Younkin.
He is survived by: his sons, Stanley E. Younkin (Barbara) of Williamsport, Kenneth E. Younkin (Karen) of Cogan Station and Carl L. Younkin (Diane Manning) of Jersey Shore; his grandchildren, Richard (Terry), Amy (Pete Simmons III), Michelle and Michael; his great grandchildren, Britney and Branden; his sister-in-law Kate Younkin; and his pet Putzy.
