Patrick J. Klementovich Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick J. Klementovich of Linden, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 8, 2024 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patrick J. Klementovich to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. Klementovich and Leona Klementovich (Mahonski). He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Hufnagle (Jim) of Jersey Shore; and his grandsons, James, Andrew and Patrick Hufnagle. He is also survived by four brothers and several nieces and nephews.
