We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2021, at the age of 94, Norma Waltz of Linden, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, LaRue Baker and Grayce Newcomer; her former husband Robert E. Stroup; her husband Kenneth S. Waltz; and her children, Mary Stroup and Victor Stroup.
She is survived by: her stepson David Waltz; her children, Robert Stroup (Donna) of Ohio, David Stroup (Penny) of New York and Becky Frank (Jeff) of Jersey Shore; her daughter-in-law Betsy Stroup of Tenn; and her grandchildren, Erin Stroup (Megan), Shannon Stroup, Heather Schlein (Josh), Abbie Frank, Megan Frank (Devon Wilson), Steve Stroup (Kali) and Justin Stroup. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
