She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bastian and Pearl Bastian (Murphy); her brother Thomas Bastian; and her son-in-law Jeff Caputo. She is survived by: her children, Karen Caputo of Muncy, Kathy Bates of Williamsport and Gary Markley (Beverly) of Montoursville; and her sisters, Nancy Phoenix of Williamsport and Janet Day of South Williamsport. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
