She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Eck and Ruth Foulkrod; her husband Walter E. Paulhamus; her siblings, Charles Eck and Catherine Gower; her son David Paulhamus (Kathy) of Cogan Station; and her stepson Charles Paulhamus.
She is survived by: her children, Twila J. Paulhamus of Linden and Craig A. Paulhamus (Mary) of Cogan Station; and her sisters-in-law, Janet and Mary Eck. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the State Road Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Hazel's name be made to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Rd, Williamsport, PA 17701.
