With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erla J. Phillippy in Linden, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2024 at the age of 101. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Erla J. Phillippy to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry, Jr. McCurdy and Katie E. McCurdy (Gruber); her husband Raymond J. Phillippy, Jr.; her siblings, Nola Huggins, Harry McCurdy, Lester McCurdy and Nancy Gutshall; and her sons-in-law, Thomas Stadulis and Jeffery Smith.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lehman (Lee), Karen Zelko (John), Cynthia Stadulis (Chuck Stewart) and Barbara Smith (Jim Leonard); and her sisters, Anna Stoner and Jane Jamison. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Palmyra Funeral Home (145 N Grant St, Palmyra, PA 17078). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Buse Funeral Home (145 N Grant St, Palmyra, PA 17078).
