He is survived by: his spouse Betty J. (Barlet); his parent Emma Powell (Zettle); and his children, Donald A. Powell, Jr. (Malinda) of Jersey Shore, Mark A. Powell (Tammy) of Williamsport and Beth L. Getgen (Bart) of Williamsport. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
